The University of Uyo’s Senate is excited to announce the upcoming 26th, 27th, and 28th Combined Convocation Ceremony. This event will be a special occasion for all the deserving graduates of the 2017/2018, 2018/2019, and 2019/2020 sessions. The ceremony will take place from Wednesday, November 08, 2023, to Saturday, November 11, 2023.
To all those who will be graduating, we have some important information to share:
Paying for Gowns, Proceedings, and Scrolls:
Graduates receiving First Degrees, Diplomas, and Certificates are required to make the following payments:
N15,000.00 if paid between September and October 6, 2023.
N20,000.00 if paid from October 9, 2023.
For Master’s Degrees and Postgraduate Diplomas, the fees are:
N20,000.00 if paid between September and October 6, 2023.
N25,000.00 if paid from October 9, 2023.
Ph.D. Graduates need to pay N100,000.00 for gown and cap purchase.
Academic Gowns and Invitations:
Each graduate should collect their academic gown and invitation card for a guest from Faculty Officers/Secretary, Postgraduate School.
Alumni Association Fee:
If you haven’t paid the Alumni Association fee of N3,000.00, please do so without delay.
Checking the List of Graduands:
The list of all graduates will be posted on the University website (www.uniuyo.edu.ng) for you to confirm your details.
How to Make Payments:
All payments should be made online through uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals. Use the Link and follow the provided instructions. After completion, you’ll be directed to the remita platform for payment.
