The National Examinations Council (NECO) has extended the deadline for the registration of candidates for the 2022 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) for school-based candidates.

The deadline, which was supposed to be today, Monday May 30 has now been extended to midnight of Monday June 20, 2022.
This was announced in a statement signed by Azeez Sani, the head information and public relations division of the examination body. Although no reason was given for the extension, the statement mentioned that the new deadline will be sacrosanct.
